Yes, meters are still read manually, taken by our meter readers under the existing plan (e.g. annual, monthly) or transmitted by you (by phone, mail or via our website).
Remote reading may be activated in the future, if you wish, and always in strict compliance with the legal framework. We will inform you as soon as this possibility is available.
