If you would like a new connection or to make any changes to your gas or electricity connection, you can ask us for a quote.
Works requests do not always follow all of these steps, but in most cases, a visit from a technician will be required before we can send you a quote.
Once you have paid, the work can be scheduled.

Would you like to make changes to just one meter? Make an appointment directly with a technician via our customer portal My Sibelga.
There is no need to request a quote. The price will be communicated to you immediately and you will receive the invoice afterwards.
Always ask an electrician or fitter for advice before making a request. They'll be able to tell you exactly what type of connection you need.
Once you know exactly what you want, you can send us a request.
What information do we need?
- Address where the work will be carried out.
- Technical details (power, amperage, number of phases, gas meter size, etc.).
- Details of any solar panels or charging point.
- Quote and invoice for delivery address.
You can combine several requests for the same address (e.g. one request for electricity and gas).
We will send you a letter of eligibility within 10 working days. This confirms that we have received your request and that we have all the information we need to prepare a quote.
If necessary, you will be contacted by our technical department to arrange an on-site visit so that we can provide you with an accurate quote.
Once you have paid the quote, you can make an appointment to carry out the work.
Connecting your meters
If you wish to have a new meter installed, you must have a contract with an energy supplier and have your private installation approved by an inspection body.
We recommend that you contact your preferred energy supplier as soon as possible once we have given you the EAN code for your meter.
