Check meter accuracy

If you suspect a problem with your electricity or gas meter, you can ask to have it checked.

Please note!
The cost of a meter check is high if it does not reveal any defects. However, if your meter is found to be defective, you will not be charged for the inspection and your meter will be replaced free of charge.

Prepare your request

We need to know the EAN code of your meter. This code always starts with 5414489 (more info).

Complete the mandate form with the owner. You must attach this document to the work request, completed and signed.

What are the next steps?

Admissibility of your request

You will receive a letter of admissibility from us within 10 working days. You will then know whether we have received your request and whether we have all the elements needed to draw up a quotation.

Possible appointment for technical visit

If necessary, a technician will come to see you in order to be able to draw up an accurate quotation.

Quote

Once we have all the details, we will draw up a quotation.

Payment and carrying out the works

As soon as payment has been made, you can call our planning department to make an appointment to have the work carried out.
