Have you noticed that your meter is only counting one of the two tariff periods (day or night)? The change between day and night tariffs is signalled by a relay on your dual-hourly rate meter. 

In some cases, this relay may no longer work, and the counter remains locked in its last configuration (day or night). If this is the case, call us on 02 549 41 00 and we will send a technician to repair it.

Please note: This problem only occurs with electromechanical meters, not smart meters.
