Contact an energy supplier as soon as possible and conclude an energy contract!
Once you have an energy contract and your energy supplier has informed Sibelga, you can call us to open the meters.
Allow at least two working days before a Sibelga technician comes to open the meter.
Please also bear in mind that opening meters is a service for which a charge is made.
