In the event of a high-voltage failure, we expect to restore power to all affected customers within two hours.
Good to know: from a distance, we can usually restore power to 75% of customers within 10 to 15 minutes. For the rest of the customers, the waiting time is the longest, because we have to go to the site to find a solution.
In the case of a low-voltage failure, more patience is sometimes required.
Depending on the nature of the breakdown, the repair can be done fairly quickly (less than an hour) or take longer (4 to 6 hours). The reason for the long repair time is that we first have to detect the exact location of the fault on the power cable before we can carry out the work.
