When you move, you will no longer be able to monitor the consumption of the meter in your old home.

  • Your 'old' meter will become inactive in the app.
  • The history of your consumption will still be visible to you.
  • Remote reading of your meter will be stopped. The new occupants will have to activate it themselves if they also want to monitor their own consumption.

Once we receive the customer switch from your energy supplier, all of this will happen automatically. So, you don't need to do anything yourself.
