More exceptionally, it may be a problem related to the signal that controls the entire Brussels lighting network every day. This signal is managed by Elia (the high-voltage transmission system operator). If the signal is not transmitted properly in the morning, all the street lights remain on. This happens very rarely and can be quickly resolved.
