No. To take part in energy sharing, you need to have a smart meter or an AMR meter. The technical solution depends on the power of your connection.

You must submit a request to have your meter replaced with a smart meter. The replacement is free but if any additional work is required, this will be subject to a fee.
The power of your connection is higher than 56 kVA (400V) or higher than 40 kVA (230V)?
It isn't possible to install a smart meter for these power ratings. You'll need to have an AMR meter installed instead if you want to maintain this power rating. This replacement is subject to a fee. However, you can always request a free reduction in your power to a rating under 40 kVA, and then have a smart meter fitted for free.
