Revoking your permission for the automatic reading of your meter readings can be done in 2 ways:
The easiest way: directly in the app
→ go to the properties of your meter by clicking on the small gear icon at the top right, then disable remote reading
Please clearly mention the EAN code of the meter for which you want to stop the automatic reading. Once this is done, Sibelga will no longer have access to your meter readings. As a result, you will only be able to see the history of the annual meter readings in the app.
