Do you wish to install an external antenna for your smart meter? You’ll need to meet all the following conditions.
Medical certificate: you need to provide a medical certificate attesting your electro-sensitivity.
Proximity of the meter: the meter must be less than 2 metres from where you live.
Exclusions: you must not be involved in any activity that requires the mandatory activation of the meter's communication function, such as electric charging, energy sharing, photovoltaic panels or any activity likely to generate injection on the grid.
In an apartment building
In the case of an apartment building, the request must be collective and concern all the meters in the building.
