Your smart meter registers various readings. These appear on the display as codes, but for your bill, only four are important:
1.8.1: day consumption in kWh 1.8.2: night consumption in kWh 2.8.1: day injection in kWh 2.8.2: night injection in kWh
If you are a prosumer, the last two codes may vary. For other customers, these will remain at zero since there is no injection. Even if you have a single rate tariff, you must still report all four. In that case, day and night consumption will be added together and billed at the same rate.
The other codes are not relevant for your energy bill.
